Rowing Coach

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Rowing Coach to join our team at Trinity College, Cambridge.
The successful candidate will support members of the First and Third Boat Club, focusing on those new to the sport, and work closely with the Rowing Programme to achieve high levels of success.
The role involves managing and maintaining the boathouse and equipment, as well as supporting crews during competitions and coaching sessions.
We are looking for someone with a strong background in rowing coaching, ideally with a British Rowing Level 2 qualification, and experience of L2R programmes.
The successful candidate will be required to work 20 hours per week, primarily during University term time, and will be expected to attend early morning, evening, and weekend sessions.
The salary for this role is £15,000 per annum, plus a generous benefits package, including free lunch, cycle to work scheme, and private health and dental care.
Applicants must have a full UK driving licence and towing entitlement, as well as a First Aid certificate.
