We are seeking a highly skilled Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Vistry Group. As a key member of our commercial team, you will play a crucial role in the delivery of our residential development pipeline in the South West region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the commercial delivery of residential projects, working closely with the Commercial Manager and Senior Quantity Surveyor.
  • Contribute to the development of project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
  • Collaborate with site teams to ensure accurate measurement and valuation of works.
  • Provide support in the negotiation of contracts and agreements with suppliers and subcontractors.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of commercial principles and quantity surveying practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in relevant software applications, including project management tools and financial systems.
