Job Title: Assistant or Quantity Surveyor

As a key member of our team, you will report to the Commercial Manager and work closely with a Senior QS to assist the commercial delivery of developments within the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with cost management, from procurement to the completion of sub-contract final accounts.
  • Work closely with the Commercial Manager and Senior QS to ensure the successful delivery of commercial projects.
  • Provide support with building regulations and construction methods and materials.
Requirements:
  • HNC/Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or similar.
  • Good understanding and knowledge of building regulations and construction methods and materials.
  • Previous experience with a main contractor or developer carrying out similar duties is essential.
