The Role

We are looking for an experienced professional to manage, configure, and maintain our Microsoft Dynamics ERP stack. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Microsoft Dynamics F&O and a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the Microsoft Dynamics ERP stack, ensuring seamless operation and optimal performance.
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and develop proposals for enhancements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements and ensure successful deployment.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to internal users, resolving complex issues and ensuring minimal downtime.
  • Work closely with international colleagues and suppliers to promote the use and integration of applications, ensuring a seamless user experience.
  • Act as a product owner for the ERP solution, documenting application processes, manuals, and procedures.

Requirements

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A relevant IT education and proven experience as a functional application manager.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics D365F&O solution and potential older AX versions.
  • Natural curiosity and a desire to stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • An enterprising team player who prioritizes cooperation and results.
  • The ability to work independently and take initiative when opportunities arise.

Desirable Qualifications

Experience working with Dynamics 365 CE is highly desirable.
