A highly respected law firm, G2 Legal Limited, is seeking an experienced Clinical Negligence Fee-Earner to join their well-established team. This role involves managing a varied and interesting caseload of Claimant Clinical Negligence work, including Catastrophic Injury and Medical Negligence claims.

Job Title: Clinical Negligence Fee-Earner
Location: Hybrid/Remote working options available
Position: Full-time/Part-time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert legal advice, assistance, and representation to clients on a range of catastrophic injury and medical negligence claims, such as spinal cord and brain injuries, cerebral palsy cases, fatal accidents, claims against hospitals and other serious injuries
  • Deliver high-quality legal advice through reviewing medical records, negotiating settlements, issuing proceedings, instructing Counsel and obtaining witness statements
  • Achieve the best possible outcomes for clients through effective case management and negotiation

Requirements:

  • Solid Personal Injury (PI) background with ideally 3-8 years of experience, including some Clinical Negligence experience
  • Positive, commercial approach to delivering legal advice
  • Ability to quickly fit in with the team and develop strong relationships with clients
  • Superb levels of client care with an empathetic and understanding approach, especially when working with vulnerable clients
  • Some experience in successful business development and marketing initiatives
