Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join our team at Themis Recruit. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical negligence law and be able to assist senior associate solicitors on high-value and catastrophic cases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist senior associate solicitors on high-value and catastrophic clinical negligence cases.
  • Progress to managing a mixed caseload of multi-track clinical negligence cases.
  • Assess prospects on cases and instruct experts as needed.
  • Attend new client meetings, take initial instructions, and provide advice on funding options.
  • Maintain accuracy in the case management system and ensure information is up to date.
