Job Title: Managing Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking a highly skilled Managing Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Kenton Black in Birmingham. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for managing all commercial aspects of our projects, including planning, budgeting, and cost control.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and manage commercial activities to meet project timelines.
  • Prepare and review cost reconciliation statements.
  • Manage sub-contractor accounts and ensure timely payments.
Requirements:
  • BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience working as a Managing Quantity Surveyor for a main contractor in civil engineering.

  • Up to £85,000 basic salary depending on experience.
