Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a portfolio of customers, attending meetings as required to build strong relationships and identify new business opportunities.
  • Proactively sell to non-trading and new customers to assist in achieving sales and margin targets at the branch.
  • Handle customer enquiries and provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Process orders and quotations using in-house systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • SOURCE products and place orders for special goods as requested by customers.
  • Assist with sales counter duties as required, providing a high level of customer service and support.
  • Perform occasional warehouse duties, including picking customer orders and goods in/out.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in Electrical Wholesale.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and driven to succeed.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Valid UK Driving License.
