Job Title: Nursing Associate - Renal Dialysis Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Nursing Associate to join our Renal Dialysis team at Wales Medicines Strategy Group. As a Nursing Associate, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to patients undergoing renal dialysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide optimum quality of care to patients undergoing renal dialysis
  • Administer medications in alignment with NMC standards of proficiency and Trust policy and procedure
  • Participate in audits and contribute to the delivery of Care Benchmarking activities and Trust specific CQUINS targets
  • Work collaboratively with the multi-professional team to ensure seamless care delivery

Requirements:

  • Foundation Degree in Nursing
  • GCSE/Functional skills in English & Maths level 2
  • Trained Nursing Associate Registered with the NMC
  • Understanding of the scope of the role of the Nursing Associate
  • Knowledge of when to seek advice and escalate to the appropriate professional
