About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Highway Design Engineer to join our team at AtkinsRéalis. As a key member of our Transportation Division, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality highway design projects that meet our clients' needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Design highway schemes, including preparing scheme drawings and 3D models.
- Work collaboratively with project teams to ensure tasks are carried out within agreed timescales and budgets.
- Coordinate the highway design process and integrate with other design disciplines.
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders on technical aspects of projects.
- Stay up-to-date with current methods and design guidelines.
Requirements
- A degree in civil engineering or equivalent.
- Appropriate previous experience of working in highway design.
- Ability to work collaboratively and integrate into multi-disciplinary teams.
- Proficient in the use of AutoCAD and other design software.
- Experience in preparing drawings and reports.
