About the Role

We are seeking a talented Digital Media Insights Analyst to join our client's expanding Analytics & Insight (A&I) team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with media/client teams to define campaign reporting and insight requirements, from the briefing stage through setup.
  • Create insightful mid- and end-of-campaign performance reports with actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate with external data, tech, and media suppliers to ensure high-quality service and relationships.
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify growth opportunities for clients.
  • Enable fast, self-serve Business Intelligence across teams to focus on key priorities.
Requirements
  • Strong passion for data and its role in driving continuous business improvement.
  • Exceptional Excel skills (vlookup, pivot tables, advanced charting); Proven experience in digital media performance evaluation and reporting, preferably within an agency.
  • Familiarity with media data integration tools like Supermetrics, Improvado, Funnel, or Alteryx is a plus.
  • Proficient in SQL and database design.
  • Experience with marketing performance dashboards using Power BI (preferred) or Tableau.
  • Background in automated data collation via web APIs.
