Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Design Coordinator / Design Manager to join our team at Premises Recruitment Ltd.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing design projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all design requirements are met and that projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaising with external design houses and monitoring drawings to ensure compliance with client requirements
  • Ensuring that final designs meet client expectations and requirements
  • Tracking project programs and schedules to ensure timely completion
  • Attending client meetings to discuss project progress and requirements
  • Distributing design documents and maintaining document control
  • Establishing design schedules and deadlines and ensuring projects stay on track
  • Knowledge of Asite, 4projects or similar software is highly desirable
  • Knowledge of local authorities and permits is also desirable
