Job Title: Warehouse Forklift

We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Forklift to join our team at London Gatwick Airport - Cargo Terminals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Safely operate vehicles and equipment airside in accordance with airport regulations
  • Transport cargo and other materials between aircraft and designated areas
  • Conduct routine vehicle checks and report any issues
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with the team and supervisors
  • Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a safe working environment
Requirements:
  • Must have a valid Forklift certificate (counterbalanced)
  • Prior FLT experience required; candidates will be assessed by the client's FLT trainer
  • Must hold a Cargo Operative certification (old style level D) - we offer Cargo Operative courses for £67.20
  • Ability to provide a 5-year history check (HMRC online record)
  • Flexibility to work both day and night shifts
Working Conditions:

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a mix of early and late shifts. The role requires flexibility to work both day and night shifts.

We offer a competitive pay rate of £13.00 per hour (days and nights) for the first 12 weeks, increasing to £14.00 per hour after 12 weeks. Overtime pay rate is £17.00 per hour.
