We are on the lookout for a technically adept and innovative Performance Marketing Manager to join our team and enhance our marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and evaluate performance-driven marketing campaigns, refining strategies based on analytical insights.
  • Set up and oversee server-side Google Tag Manager to guarantee precise tracking and data acquisition.
  • Formulate and execute both technical and content-focused SEO plans to elevate organic search visibility and attract traffic.
  • Administer and enhance paid search, social media advertising, and digital marketing campaigns to optimize return on investment.
  • Scrutinize and manage marketing analytics, ensuring precise tracking, reporting, and upholding data quality.
  • Assist in the creation and management of marketing attribution frameworks utilizing Salesforce and Pardot to gauge the effectiveness of various campaigns on lead generation.
  • Produce diverse multimedia content, including success narratives, advertorials, website copy, and video content outlines.
  • Conduct continuous assessments of campaign effectiveness and provide suggestions for enhancements.
  • Remain informed about industry trends and best practices in performance marketing, offering insights as technology progresses.
  • Track and report on essential performance indicators, such as conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and lifetime value.
  • Collaborate across departments, working closely with other teams and external partners.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Demonstrated experience in a comparable position within a technology-focused company, emphasizing technical marketing, SEO, and PPC.
  • Expertise in GA4, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, Bing Ads, YouTube advertising, social media platforms, SEMRush, email marketing, Salesforce, and Pardot.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with the proficiency to derive actionable insights from data.
  • Comprehensive understanding of marketing attribution models, digital marketing tools, and strategies for conversion rate optimization.
  • Proficient copywriting skills, balancing a data-driven mindset with creativity.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving work environment.
  • Experience with Power BI is advantageous but not mandatory.
