Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


1. Conduct daily inspections, monitoring, troubleshooting, and closed-loop management of the Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) system to ensure optimal performance and security.

2. Oversee the company's IT system-related platforms, office networks (including routers, switches, and wireless access points), operating systems, and provide troubleshooting, optimization, and maintenance services.

3. Provide desktop maintenance, conference system support, and other technical assistance to ensure seamless operations.

4. Design and implement various office software, including collaborative office and OA smart portal solutions, to enhance productivity and efficiency.

5. Develop and enforce network security system requirements, resolve vulnerabilities, install patches, and perform related network information security tasks to ensure the company's IT system meets security standards.

6. Conduct internal control inspections, audits, and ISO 27001-related work, and implement rectification measures in the IT area.

7. Monitor and maintain the ZSTACK cloud platform, with priority given to those with experience in ZSTACK, VMWARE, or similar cloud platform operation and maintenance.

8. Familiarity with network equipment (Cisco routers, switches), FORTIGATE firewalls, servers, and network security principles is essential.

9. Strong communication, coordination, and management skills, as well as excellent reading and writing skills in Chinese and English, are required.

10. Perform other tasks assigned by the line manager.


Requirements:

  • Proven track record of effective incident, request, and problem management.
  • Strong working knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, Hyper-V, Cisco Router and Switch, Fortigate Firewall, IBM SIEM (Security QRadar), and other relevant technologies.
  • Strong understanding of Wide Area Network (WAN) and Local Area Network (LAN) Networking, with a preference for CCNP/CCIE or HCIP/HCIE certifications.
  • Strong working knowledge of ZSTACK or VMWARE Cloud Maintenance and Provisioning.
  • Experience in building and maintaining office networks, including wireless access points.
  • Excellent reading and writing skills in Chinese and English.
