Back of House Team Member Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Back of House Team Member to join our team at German Doner Kebab. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional food quality and outstanding guest care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook food to the highest standards, ensuring quality and consistency.
  • Monitor food levels and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Work safely and consciously to Food Safety Standards at all times.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve exceptional guest satisfaction and maintain brand standards.
  • Support the development of other team members through training and coaching.

Requirements:

  • Positive and proactive attitude.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to follow GDK cleaning and storage standards.
  • Basic knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques.
