Associate Director/Senior QS

About the RoleWe're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Director/Senior QS to lead our cost management team. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving our vision to transform service quality through cost advice, digital platforms, and a personable approach.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct feasibility studies and write procurement reports
- Apply Value Management techniques and collaborate with our specialist team
- Manage the procurement process, ensuring effective stages from pre-qualification to contract preparation
- Negotiate and agree final accounts, validate monthly payment claims, and prepare payment recommendations
- Interface with clients and other consultants at all project stages, and lead a cost management team when necessary
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Cost Management, or Engineering
- Minimum 10-15 years' experience in related fields
- Excellent technical knowledge and experience in cost management duties, including cost estimates, bills of quantities, value engineering, tendering, and contract knowledge
- Preferred experience in commercial, corporate, and high-tech sectors, as well as MEP work
