Project Manager Job Description

Mploy Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the day-to-day management of New Product Introduction (NPI) projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project scope, schedule, finance, risk, quality, and resources.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive project management fundamentals within the company's Project Life Cycle framework.
  • Deliver against business opportunity project mandates.
  • Lead and motivate teams to achieve On Time, On Cost, and On Quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize key objectives.
  • Monitor and report progress, managing risks and focusing on cost adherence.
  • Ensure stakeholder satisfaction through clear information exchange.
  • Work with engineering, sales, operations, and quality teams to deliver final solutions to manufacturing.
  • Occasional client and supplier visits may be required.
  • Assist in preparing department key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Participate in continuous improvement of associated processes.
