Store Manager Job Description

About the Role:

As a Store Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional shopping experience. You'll lead a team of retail professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to help them succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of retail professionals to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service
  • Manage store operations, including stock control, inventory management, and visual merchandising
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the store team to achieve operational efficiency and minimize costs
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £50,600 - £65,995, depending on experience
  • A flexible 40 or 45-hour contract, with a focus on work-life balance
  • 5 weeks' annual leave, plus bank holidays
