About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our store team and drive sales growth, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

As a Store Manager at Aldi UK, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Managing store operations, including inventory management, stock control, and supply chain logistics
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve store performance, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement
