About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented B2B Support Coordinator to join our Medical Cannabis Customer Service team. As a B2B Support Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for business-to-business interactions between Curaleaf and our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle business-to-business orders through an online ordering system, Zendesk, or via fax quickly and efficiently
  • Provide knowledgeable information, guidance, and support via email and telephone
  • Place orders for outsourced items and update customers on lead times accordingly
  • Check all orders with precision and log any errors
  • Set up new customer accounts on the system, checking registration numbers, and ensuring all details are correct
  • Form solid relationships with customers, internal teams, and external providers to ensure a smooth process and experience
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have an established background in Customer Service and be able to handle in-depth queries in a business-to-business environment. You should be highly organized, have a keen eye for detail, and be able to forward plan effectively to reduce time spent working reactively. You should also be able to problem solve and make decisions, and have a flexible approach to your work.
