Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Quantitative Researcher to join our Algorithmic Research team at Man Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing algorithms to maximize P&L across various asset classes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyzing tick data, microstructure patterns, and order book dynamics to identify high-quality intraday predictive signals.
  • Creating and implementing high-frequency signals and features to optimize trading strategies.
  • Developing and refining market impact models to minimize trading costs.
  • Solving optimal execution optimization problems to maximize P&L.
  • Collaborating with researchers across the firm to identify and implement high-impact trading strategies.
Requirements
  • Exceptional analytical skills and a deep understanding of statistics and machine learning.
  • Expertise in high-level programming languages such as Python or R.
  • Experience handling large data sets and tick data.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
