About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Pastry Demi Chef de Partie to join our culinary team at Hyatt Regency London - The Churchill. As a key member of our pastry brigade, you will be responsible for assisting the Executive Pastry Chef in the preparation and presentation of high-quality pastries and desserts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation and presentation of pastries and desserts for hotel guests and events
  • Work closely with the Executive Pastry Chef to develop new recipes and menus
  • Ensure high standards of quality and presentation in all pastry and dessert products
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and efficient operations
