Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with research and development team members, product managers, engineers, and others to understand the problem you're trying to solve.
  • Design user journeys, layouts, and experiences.
  • Conduct extensive research to inform data-driven designs through usability testing, A/B testing, our in-house player panel surveys, and other research methodologies to ensure our products meet the highest standards of user satisfaction and performance.
  • Analyse and synthesise research findings to generate actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and benchmarking to understand market trends and user expectations.
  • Create user personas, journey maps, and other artifacts to communicate research findings and design recommendations.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest UX research methods, tools, and best practices.
  • Framing your design decisions with strong rationales that persuade peers and executives.
  • Research and provide details of what makes a successful user experience that builds long-term value for the business.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in UX/UI design, with a portfolio highlighting your work and design process.
  • Extensive experience in UX research, including conducting usability testing, A/B testing, and other research methodologies.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma or similar.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and explain design decisions to diverse audiences.
  • Previous online gaming experience.
