Lodge Manager

We are seeking an exceptional Lodge Manager to join our team at Churchill Estates Management Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our retirement development, ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction for our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the maintenance and upkeep of the property, ensuring it remains in excellent condition
- Provide a first-class service to residents, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Liaise with contractors and suppliers to ensure smooth delivery of services
- Organise activities and events for residents, promoting a sense of community and social interaction
- Manage the site's health and safety, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
- Experience in a similar role, preferably in the retirement living or social housing sector
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to work with people of all ages and backgrounds
- Strong administration skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work independently, using your own initiative and judgment
- Passion for providing a high level of customer service, with a focus on resident satisfaction
