Key Responsibilities

Strategic Partnership Development

  • Identify and cultivate new employer partnerships, leveraging market insights and trends.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to expand our employer network and enhance engagement.

Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employer partners, ensuring their needs are met with timely and effective solutions.
  • Foster strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders through regular communication and personalized support.

Customized Solutions

  • Work closely with employers to understand their unique challenges and opportunities, tailoring our services to meet their specific needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement customized programs and initiatives that drive partner success.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Monitor and analyse partnership performance, utilising data to drive decisions and optimize strategies.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports on partnership progress, outcomes, and future opportunities to internal and external stakeholders.

Industry Engagement & Networking

  • Represent PeoplePlus at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote our brand and expand our reach.
  • Stay abreast of industry developments and emerging trends to inform our partnership strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
