Quality Assurance Microbiologist

About the Role:
Tentamus is seeking a highly skilled Microbiologist to join our team in a laboratory setting. As a Microbiologist, you will be responsible for performing microbiological analysis and ensuring the quality of our products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine microbiological analysis in accordance with current BP/EP/USP and client test methods.
- Identify and report when objectives are not feasible.
- Report all failures in a timely manner and take appropriate remedial action.
- Perform non-standard laboratory analysis as required, including environmental monitoring and disinfectant challenge testing.
- Investigate out-of-trend (OOT) or out-of-specification (OOS) results.
- Maintain laboratory equipment log books and perform daily and weekly housekeeping activities.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of microbiological principles and practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate and detailed records.
Working Environment:
The successful candidate will work in a laboratory setting, performing microbiological analysis and ensuring the quality of our products. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of microbiological principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
