Key Responsibilities- Support individuals with their daily needs, including personal care and activities.
- Encourage and enable individuals to participate in community activities, such as day services, social outings, and fundraising events.
- Assist with transportation and mobility, using our vehicles to support individuals in the community.
- A full UK manual driving license is essential for this role.
- Due to the needs of the individuals we support, we are recruiting female Support Workers.
- Competitive hourly rate: £11.25 per hour weekdays and £12.38 weekends.
- Overtime opportunities available, with a rate of +£2.50 per hour.
- Time and a half or double time for public holidays.
- Sleep-ins available at £50 per night.
- 30 days holiday when you start.
