Job Overview

Node4 Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Analyst to join our team in a key role that will be responsible for delivering managed security services to customers and providing a consistently high-quality standard of service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Experience in a SOC analyst role, with a strong understanding of IT & networking fundamentals (e.g. TCP, DNS, TLS)
  • Experience using SIEM (ideally Microsoft Sentinel) and EDR (ideally Microsoft Defender) to detect and respond to security threats
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team and independently
  • Robust time/project management skills to prioritize and organize multiple ongoing tasks
  • Understanding of Windows and Linux server and endpoint operating systems, with the ability to research new concepts and present them to the team
  • A cybersecurity related qualification, particularly Microsoft/Azure (e.g. SC-200, Blue Team Level 1, Security+)
  • Experience working in an IT department/organization in a role that includes supporting users, troubleshooting issues, and following ITSM processes
