We are seeking a skilled Pharmacy Technician to join our Primary Care team at HMP Foston Hall, a female prison located in Derby. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a challenging and rewarding environment, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the delivery of our healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide patient-centered care, focusing on safe and secure medicines management, and maintaining accurate patient medical records.
  • Deliver non-judgmental care, involving the timely administration of medicines and analyzing cost-effective prescribing.

Requirements

  • NVQ Level 3 or above, BTEC or equivalent.
  • Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council.
  • Up-to-date Continual Professional Development (CPD).
  • Relevant post-qualification pharmacy experience.
  • General GCSE education or equivalent.
