About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent & Data Coordinator to join our team at Glory Global Solutions. As a key member of our Organisational Development department, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Global Head of Organisational Development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Global Head of Organisational Development in developing and implementing organisational frameworks across Recruitment, Talent & Succession, Learning & Development, and Performance Management.
  • Utilise your data management skills to analyse and interpret data, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders across the organisation.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on HR-related matters.
Requirements
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel.
  • IT literate with the ability to learn new systems and use social media.
  • Customer service experience desired.
Desirable Qualifications
  • Level 3 CIPD qualification (opportunity to study towards a CIPD qualification).
  • Data manipulation and data analysis skills.
  • Skilled in the use of key tools including LinkedIn, Job Boards, and ATS software.
  • Hands-on HR or in-house recruitment experience.
