Job SummaryWe are looking for a highly skilled Analyst to work alongside our team on origination, underwriting, and structuring of real estate debt facilities across the UK and Europe. The successful candidate will have a strong background in real estate investment banking, real estate, or engineering, with a genuine interest in real estate finance.
Key Responsibilities- Perform valuation analysis using various methodologies, including DCF modelling and analysing comparables;
- Build detailed financial models to evaluate real estate performance under various operating scenarios;
- Attend industry events and presentations, asset site tours on new and existing deals;
- Experience in real estate investment banking, real estate, or engineering with a genuine interest in real estate finance;
- Fluent English speaker, with other European languages being advantageous;
- Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, with digital skills being advantageous;
