We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Coordinator to join our team at Recruit North Ltd. As a Property Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing a large portfolio of rental properties, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a large portfolio of rental properties, including arranging routine repairs, liaising with landlords, and organizing improvements to assets.
- Coordinate the management of incoming and outgoing tenancies, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to tenants.
- Communicate effectively with landlords, tenants, and contractors, providing timely updates and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Deal with tenant arrears notices, rent increases, and utility transfers, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional results.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Confident communicator, with excellent written and verbal skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Able to work as part of a team, with a collaborative and supportive approach.
- A full, clean UK driving license, with a good understanding of local knowledge and the property market.
- A competitive starting salary of £23,000 (with potential for up to £26,000 for experienced Property Managers).
