Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Manager to join our dynamic team at Pro-Tax Recruitment. As a Tax Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all tax-related matters for a diverse portfolio of clients, including advisory and compliance services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Tax Compliance: Oversee and manage all tax-related matters for a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring compliance with the latest tax regulations and legislation.
- Provide Tax Advisory Services: Provide expert advice on tax issues, including cross-border transactions, supply chain structuring, and tax planning.
- Liaise with Tax Authorities: Liaise with tax authorities on behalf of clients, managing tax audits and inspections.
- Review and Prepare Tax Returns: Review and prepare tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with tax regulations.
- Identify Tax Savings Opportunities: Identify opportunities for tax savings and efficiency improvements for clients.
- Build Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Stay Up-to-Date with Tax Legislation: Stay up to date with changes in tax legislation and communicate these to clients and internal teams.
- Mentor and Develop Team Members: Mentor and develop junior members of the tax team, sharing knowledge and best practices.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in tax management and advisory services.
- Strong knowledge of tax regulations and legislation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple clients and projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
