We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Manager to join our team at Pro-Tax Recruitment. As a Tax Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of small to medium-sized clients, preparing income tax computations and personal tax returns, and managing P11D's, CIS, PSA's, and ERS returns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee a portfolio of small to medium-sized clients, providing expert tax advice and guidance.
- Prepare income tax computations and personal tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with tax regulations.
- Manage P11D's, CIS, PSA's, and ERS returns, ensuring timely submission and minimizing tax liabilities.
- Review statutory accounts, identifying areas for improvement and providing recommendations for tax savings.
- Communicate with clients, providing clear and concise tax advice and guidance, and overseeing the compliance process.
- Contribute to the training of junior team members, sharing knowledge and expertise to ensure the development of a skilled and knowledgeable team.
- As the role progresses, engage in tax planning and offer advisory services to clients in collaboration with senior managers, directors, or tax partners.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to hold a CTA or ACA qualification and possess a minimum of 3 years' experience in tax practice. You will also need to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
