Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Curriculum Leader in Plumbing to take on a permanent, full-time role within our educational framework.

Child Protection Compliance

All employment offers are contingent upon a thorough Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check, along with a certificate of good conduct if applicable, satisfactory references, Occupational Health clearance, and verification of qualifications. An Enhanced DBS check is mandatory for this position due to the nature of the role involving 'Regulated Activity' within our institution.

Conditional Employment Offer

The position of Curriculum Leader in Plumbing requires a keen eye for detail, a strong focus, and the ability to inspire others, along with a genuine passion for the subject matter.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • GCSE grade A-C or equivalent in Maths and English.
  • Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Domestic Plumbing & Heating or an equivalent qualification such as C&G Level 3 Advanced Craft Certificate in Plumbing & Heating.
  • A Level 4 Teacher Training Qualification.
  • Assessor and IQA Awards.
  • Current Gas Safe Registration.
  • Strong administrative and IT skills.
  • Demonstrated excellent attention to detail.
