Scaffolder (Inducted On Bbv Hs2)

Job Overview:
**Duties**:

- Construct and assemble scaffolding structures according to blueprints and specifications
- Use hand tools and power tools to cut, shape, and fasten materials
- Ensure scaffolding is plumb, level, and secure
- Inspect scaffolding for defects or damage and make necessary repairs
- Collaborate with other construction workers to coordinate scaffold installation and removal
- Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols at all times

**Experience**:

- Proven experience as a Scaffold Builder or similar role
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools
- Ability to read blueprints and follow technical drawings
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks such as lifting heavy materials
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work well in a team
