What is the role about?
We are currently seeking a Quality Compliance Manager to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will act as the key representative for quality assurance, ensuring that our high standards are consistently met. Our goal is to maintain a state of readiness for audits, as evidenced by our recent outstanding audit results.
As the Quality Compliance Manager, you will engage with various stakeholders, fostering positive relationships and driving improvements in quality standards. Your ability to influence and inspire will be crucial in coaching colleagues and enhancing our operational practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with company, industry, and legal standards.
- Provide technical guidance across various departments.
- Oversee the investigation of complaints, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
- Lead external audits and manage the internal audit process to promote compliance.
- Develop and implement training programs focused on food safety and quality.
- Analyze quality indicators and trends, proposing measures for continuous improvement.
- Actively participate in the HACCP team.
- Understand and manage workstreams effectively to ensure timely delivery.
What we are looking for:
- Experience in a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) environment.
- HACCP Level 3 certification or higher.
- Proven experience in conducting and leading audits.
