Dialysis Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Dialysis Technician to join our team at TRC Total Renal Care Inc. As a Dialysis Technician, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our dialysis center.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including administering dialysis treatments, monitoring patient vital signs, and responding to emergencies.
- Operate and maintain dialysis equipment, including hemodialysis machines and water treatment systems.
- Conduct pre- and post-dialysis patient assessments, including taking vital signs and reviewing patient medical histories.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with industry developments and best practices.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- Current certification as a Dialysis Technician or equivalent experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Physical stamina to perform job duties, including standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 pounds.
