About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Credit Risk Analyst to join our team at Admiral Money. As a key member of our credit risk function, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of credit risk models and strategies to support our motor lending business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop effective credit risk models and decisioning rulesets to ensure accurate risk assessment and optimal lending decisions.
  • Monitor and analyze portfolio performance, identifying trends and emerging risks to inform lending strategy and risk appetite.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine credit risk strategies and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards to provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements, ensuring our credit risk practices remain compliant and best-in-class.
Requirements
  • Advanced financial modelling skills, with experience building and evaluating credit risk models.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex data and drive insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to present complex information to stakeholders.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Relevant professional qualifications, such as CFA or FRM, are highly desirable.
