We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at the Devon Partnership NHS Trust. As a Registered Nurse - Learning Disabilities, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and develop individual care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Provide person-centered care and support to individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care and support
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure high-quality care
- Participate in ongoing training and education to maintain and enhance clinical skills and knowledge
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse qualification (RGN or RMN) with a valid NMC registration
- Experience working with individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
