Job Title: Fire and Security New Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced and accomplished New Business Development Manager to join our team at Marlowe Fire and Security. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying and developing new sales opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional solutions and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Professionally represent the company's brand and successfully sell the Company's fire & security products within an allocated geographical area, ensuring achievement of an agreed target.
  • Identify & target potential clients in the fire and security industry, generating new sales opportunities for all Marlowe Fire & Security products.
  • Attend appointments to sell the company's products and services ensuring customer satisfaction of service delivery, representing the Company in a professional manner at all times.
  • Collate appropriate information to present performance data and ensure all correct documentation utilised.
  • Constant attainment of agreed targets based upon new business and additional revenue streams.
  • Develop & implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Build & maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends and opportunities.
  • Build & deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate and close deals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams.
Requirements:
  • Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and business development mainly around service contracts.
  • Possess a strong network of contacts.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Are driven, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
  • Have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Are proficient in using CRM systems and sales tools.
  • Hold a valid driver's license and are willing to travel as required.
Benefits:
  • Basic Salary - £35-42,000 Subject to experience.
  • On Target Earnings - Circa £70,000.
