ISV Partner Account Executive

EDB is seeking a seasoned ISV Senior Partner Account Executive to lead our ISV partner business in EMEA. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing EDB's ISV and OEM partner network in the region, driving revenue growth, and expanding our partner ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a strategic plan to identify, recruit, and manage ISV partners in EMEA, with a focus on accelerating sales growth and increasing revenue.
- Manage and drive partner identification, recruitment, enablement, and support functions across the assigned territory.
- Own and drive the region's ISV partner-generated revenue quota, with a focus on achieving quarterly and annual targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners at the executive, sales, and technical levels, ensuring effective communication and alignment.
- Work closely with regional sales teams to identify and drive ISV/OEM partnerships, develop business and GTM plans, and track and measure sales initiatives with partners and the channel team.
- Provide ongoing communication and support to partners, ensuring they are suitably trained and enabled to drive incremental revenue.
- 8+ years of experience in high-tech sales, channels, and business development, with a proven track record of recruiting, managing, and developing strategic relations with ISV and OEM partners.
- Experience in closing a minimum of $3M in revenue using ISV partners and distribution channels.
- Strong technical understanding of Postgres and the open-source database market.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work in a matrix team environment.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
