We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Residential Lettings Specialist to join our dynamic team at John Francis Estate Agent in Gorseinon. As a key member of our Lettings team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and book valuations, conduct property viewings, and negotiate agreements to secure lettings
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, legislation, and best practices to ensure compliance and excellence in your work

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, lettings, or a related field, with a strong track record of success
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box
  • A full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle, with a clean driving record
