Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Estate Agent to join our team as a Lettings Negotiator at John Francis Estate Agent. As a key member of our residential Lettings team, you will be responsible for generating and booking valuations, conducting property viewings, negotiating agreements, and progressing lets through to exchange and completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and book valuations for properties
- Conduct property viewings and negotiate agreements
- Progress lets through to exchange and completion
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and customers
- Meet and exceed sales targets
Requirements
- Experience in sales or a related field
- Ability to generate new business in a target-driven environment
- Outstanding customer care and customer service experience
- Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
- A Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
