Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant, you will provide support to our clients in their own homes, assisting with daily tasks and activities that promote independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide non-medical care and companionship to clients in their own homes
  • Assist with daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Support clients with mobility and transfer needs
  • Engage in activities that promote social interaction and mental stimulation
  • Maintain accurate records of client care and services provided
Requirements
  • Caring and empathetic nature
  • Ability to use own initiative and work independently
  • Good working commitment and availability, including alternate weekends and some evenings
  • Driver's license and access to a vehicle (for rural clients)
