Key Responsibilities:
- Support with socialising and attending community activities, promoting hobbies & interests.
- Provide physical support, including helping with household tasks and personal care.
- Support with life skills, such as shopping and money management.
- Deliver individual support plans.

Requirements:
- No experience needed - we provide FULL training.
