Job Description

Fresha is seeking an exceptional Head of Creative and Content to join our global business. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the development and execution of creative and content strategies to elevate Fresha's brand, engage our target audience, and support our marketing and business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Creative Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive creative strategy that aligns with Fresha's brand objectives and marketing goals.
  • Content Strategy: Lead the creation and implementation of world-class content strategy that drives brand engagement and delivers value to our audience.
  • Brand Management: Maintain and enhance Fresha's brand voice and identity across all content and creative materials.
  • Creative Direction: Provide creative direction and leadership for all content and design projects.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a diverse team of creative professionals, including designers, writers, and content creators.
  • Content Creation: Oversee the development of high-quality content, including graphics, videos, articles, and other digital assets.
  • Agency Management: Leverage your agency background to manage relationships with external creative agencies and freelancers.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in creative direction, content strategy, and brand management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Creative Strategy: Demonstrated experience in developing and executing comprehensive creative strategies that drive brand engagement and support business objectives.
  • Content Creation: Extensive experience in creating compelling content across various formats and platforms.
  • Brand Management: Proven ability to maintain and enhance brand identity and voice through creative and content initiatives.
  • Leadership & Management: Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in leading and inspiring creative teams.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Award-Winning Work: A portfolio that includes award-winning creative and content projects.
  • Bi-lingual: Fluency in English and another language.
