Key Responsibilities:
* Manage Student Success Tutors in the delivery of their duties, ensuring timely completion and maintaining a comprehensive knowledge of support services.
* Provide basic academic and IT support to students, both in and out of the classroom.
* Follow up on student non-attendance and refer persistent cases to the student retention team.
* Work with the Head to schedule in-class support sessions and design workshops, events, and career fairs to enhance the student experience.
* Ensure timely and accurate record keeping and produce reports as requested.
* Maintain accurate records open for inspection by the Dean and communicate effectively with students using digital and in-person methods.
Requirements:
* Educated to degree level or equivalent experience in a front-facing customer service role or academic student support role.
* Strongly developed sense of service delivery and customer/student-focused approach.
* Strong interpersonal skills, active listening, excellent written and verbal communication.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, under pressure, and to deadlines.
* Flexibility, approachability, and a strong customer service ethic.
* Ability to handle sensitive and personal information with tact and confidentiality.
* Strong administrative skills with proficiency in MS Office applications.
