We are seeking an exceptional Operational Excellence Coach to join our team in Scotland. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in building a sale-to-aftercare service operation from the ground up, driving regional improvement projects, and developing best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver regional improvement projects and develop best practices to drive business excellence.
  • Implement best practices from other regions and markets, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Support the Head of Region with preparation and coordination during Aira Operating Model (AOM) Audits, ensuring seamless execution and optimal results.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the AOM, identifying areas for improvement and driving regional progression.
  • Deliver continuous improvements and regional progression through the AOM, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Support and work closely with Team Leaders to analyze performance of teams and individuals, providing actionable insights for improvement.
  • Take overall responsibility for all aspects of regional improvement of performance within service operations, driving excellence and efficiency.
  • Provide status reports for Central Operational Excellence in Stockholm, ensuring transparency and accountability.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Operational Excellence Coach or consultant, preferably within the energy sector, construction, oil & gas, or heating industry.
  • Hands-on experience in implementing process improvement initiatives and achieving tangible results, driving business growth and excellence.
  • Strong change management skills to facilitate organizational transformation and manage resistance to change, ensuring a smooth transition to new processes and systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with various stakeholders and effectively convey concepts to different levels of the organization, fostering collaboration and teamwork.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify root causes of issues and develop data-driven solutions, driving continuous improvement and excellence.
  • The ability to adapt to different organizational cultures and contexts is crucial, ensuring flexibility and agility in a rapidly changing environment.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt, Black Belt, or Master Black Belt)
  • Professional experience with 5S, Kaizen, or TQM, demonstrating a commitment to process excellence and continuous improvement.
